Mediation Grammar, a driver for the inclusivity and accessibility of public services for immigrants

CALL research lab is pleased to share the contribution of Maryam Karimi, Grazia Concilio, and Giada Casarin, to the writing of a short essay on the dissemination of the Mediation Grammar testing methology.

Mediation Grammar, developped through the easyRights EU Horizon Europe project, offers a practical framework for policymakers and public service providers to evaluate how effectively foreign nationals can access and navigate public services through mediation. Originally published by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) in July 2023, the methodology is now also featured as a Short Research Exchange on the Migration Research to Policy Co-Lab.

Being featured on the Co-Lab is an important opportunity for easyRights to extend the reach of the Mediation Grammar and support its adoption by key actors, from EU agencies to local service providers.
