A great opportunity for a Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano – CALL – Cities in Action for Learning LAB Research Lab.

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow with a passion for migration and integration topics to join our research group in the Polisocial Award 2023-funded project titled “città-IN: Inclusive City and Quality of Public Services, School Services in the San Siro Neighborhood in Milan.”

📅 DEADLINE: Monday, December 18, 2023

This interdisciplinary research aims to improve access procedures and the quality of public services, focusing on addressing obstacles immigrants face, particularly concerning school services. Additionally, it contributes to developing standards towards a certification system for service quality.

The project views services as crucial interfaces between rights and people, collaborating with four departments at Politecnico di Milano:

Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU)
Department of Design (DESIGN)
Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB)
Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering (DIG).

Collaboration extends to various local stakeholders, such as the Municipality of Milan, elementary and middle schools in the San Siro neighbourhood, and different national and international actors.
