On Saturday, 14 February, Talita Medina represented the PALIMPSEST project at the final event of the HeritACT Milan pilot, held at Cascina Sant’Ambrogio.

HeritACT is a European project aimed at enhancing historical and cultural heritage through architecture, design, digital technologies, and art, with the objective of making spaces more sustainable, beautiful, and inclusive. As a New European Bauhaus (NEB) initiative and sister project of PALIMPSEST, HeritACT shares a commitment to integrating culture, sustainability, and community engagement.

During the event, the interventions implemented at Cascina Sant’Ambrogio were presented. These outcomes stemmed from a rich participatory process that actively involved children from the elementary school and kindergarten operating within the farmhouse premises.

We would like to thank the HeritACT colleagues for the invitation. The event offered a valuable opportunity to learn from their experience and to hear directly from those who were actively engaged throughout the three-year process.
