On Friday, July 4th 2025, Talita Medina delivered a lecture as part of the course Streetscape Design & Urban Environment Renewal Design at the Zhejiang University of Technology in Hong Kong.

Her lecture offered a personal journey through 25 years of professional practice, framed by three classical references in human-centered urban design: Jane Jacobs, William H. Whyte, and Jan Gehl. She reflected on how these influential thinkers have shaped her design approach and were echoed throughout her work on various urban projects.
